Day 3 ~ Feeling really good this morning!! The crock pot is on at home with some yummy paleo friendly beef stew waiting for us for when we get home!! yum yum!
Day 2… Exactly what she said! Can’t wait to dig in, thanks babe!!

Day 3…was doing good but had a get-together with old friends last night that included some bad carbs…:(
I haven’t been feeling well since Day 1 so eating has been fine. So far so good but tomorrow is the PNE so I off tomorrow for sure!!
Day 3 – So far so good. Long weekend and PNE tomorrow…Oh no!!!

pretty low energy today. drank alot of water and took some vitamins. Ran an awful lot at practice last night and I think it carried over to today.
Lunch Good AH 2 chicken skewers 2 pork
salad no Rice
Dinner was
2 lean ground beef patties with cauliflower and asparagus.
Eating is fine. However, had a few glasses of wine last night ( paleo brand of course)
