When did you start Crossfit?
Why did you choose Crossfit?
I heard a lot of good things about it from a friend, and saw that there was a box right next to my house and decided it was time to give something new a try!

What sports have you played and at what level?
Basketball in highschool. Soccer at an international level as a teen.
What is your “clean” food of choice?
Paleo Spaghetti Squash Carbonera MMMMMMMM!!!!!
What is your “cheat” food of choice?
Beef Donair and a Beer
What kind of music do you WOD to?
Depends on my mood but primarily EDM/Hard Rock
What is something unique about yourself?
I have a Finance Degree
How do you spend your free time? Hobbies?
If I’m not in the gym or at work. I enjoy spending as much time as i can exploring the B.C backcountry. Also I’m an avid gamer and enjoy getting together with friends to play any sorts of board/card games.
What do you love about coaching?
Love seeing people learn new things and overcome obstacles. It’s an amazing feeling to go through a clients’ journey with them and see them progress through different levels of fitness.
What advice would you have for anyone wanting to adopt the Crossfit lifestyle for the first time?
Take your time and just let things happen. In other words, don’t get discouraged if you are not getting a particular movement or not getting the results you thought you’d get as quickly as you’d like. Crossfit is a “lifestyle” not a 90 day program that guarantees results! You really do get out of it what you put into it:)
