We’ve done the traditional CF Total lots, so today we will attempt the Crossfit Football Total! It consists of the same rules but with the following movements:

1. Power Clean
2. Back Squat
3. Bench Press
4. Deadlift

Rules :
-You will have 15 minutes, 3 attempts to complete each movement
-Coach on duty will supervise and approve all lifts
-Get to the box early to warm-up and be efficient with your time
-BC : You will all be doing the Back Squat and Bench Press, then switch to max weight TGU/arm.
