MEN – includes Masters Men up to 54 years old

95-lb. thrusters
Bar-Facing Burpees

WOMEN – includes Masters Women up to 54 years old
21-18-15-12-9-6-3 reps for time of:
65-lb. thrusters
Bar-Facing Burpees

Rules for Friday:
1. Come into the box early before you WOD to warm-up and mobilize
2. Sign-up for a heat
3. Crush 14.5!
4. Enter your scores BEFORE you leave the box to ensure you don’t forget!
5. Hang out and help judge, cheer on your fellow athletes!

**As this WOD has no time cap, and you MUST finish the WOD, we will run ongoing heats all throughout the morning and evening. IT IS UP TO YOU TO GET ORGANIZED AND BE READY TO WOD AS THE COACHES WILL BE FILLING UP THE HEATS UPON YOUR ARRIVAL. There will be no exceptions for late straddlers or procrastinators, meaning that you may be told when you will be WODDING. Let’s do this!!
