Friday – 032114

For all those who came and watched the live announcement of 14.4 last night, we had some fun with it. First, there was an Overdrive tee up for grabs for anyone who could guess the exact movements of the WOD. Second, there was a Bridges vs. Panchik for Dairy Queen ice cream cones contest. Team Bridges won, but rather than have team Panchik buy, Coach M decided to treat everyone to some pre-14.4 sugar and carbs! ­čÖé

Rules for Friday :
1. EVERYONE can do the Open WOD, even base campers, and all who are not signed up for the Open
2. Upon arrival at the box, sign up for your heat(heats will be run at 0:25 and 0:45)
3. Make sure to arrive on time for the start of the hour as there will be a strategy/tips debrief by the coaches
4. Follow the warm-up prescribed on the board
5. Have fun and crush 14.4!
6. Cheer on your fellow Overdrive athletes and help judge heats
