Skills Practice : All movements in WOD

WOD : 8 round EMOM, each minute complete reps for 1 movement and then move on to next movement the next minute:
3 Squat Snatch(70% 1RM) (BC : Sub 3 KB Snatch/Arm 24/16 kg)
5 Strict Pull-Ups
10 V-Sits
20 Double Unders
