3 down, 2 to go!! Overdrive athletes have yet again demonstrated some serious strength in hammering out those deadlifts! Each week, the box ranking has improved so we are getting better as the comp goes on! Thanks once again to all the volunteers who have helped judge, take pictures, videos, and help organize this weekly event. So far so smooth!

Skills Practice : HSPU/Handstand holds
2 sets of max HSPU(maximum of 20), rest 60 sec
OR
2 sets of 60 sec HS Holds, rest 60 sec

SWOD : Shoulder Press
10 min EMOM, increase loads each set, working up to a heavy single by the 8th min

CWOD : 5 rounds for time of
