(“Panic Breathing” WOD…who was nervous??)

It’s been a long time since we’ve done a Total, the Crossfit Total that is! So, today you will all have a chance to test your true strength. This WOD will take the whole hour so please get into the box earlier to warm up.

WOD : “Crossfit Total”
Find your 1 RM for the following:
1. Back Squat
2. Shoulder Press
3. Deadlift
*Your score will be all three movements combined(Ex. 250 + 115 + 300 = 665)

-You must perform all the movements in the order above
-You have a max 3 attempts at your 1 RM(this does not include your warm-ups)
-Each max lift must be approved by your coach
