Over the weekend, Apprentice Ryan and I attended the NCCP Olympic Weightlifting Club Coach course put on by the BC Weightlifting Association. This was an invaluable learning weekend for us as we were taught by some of the best lifters in BC on how to lift and teach! We will be sure to pass on our new found knowledge of the Snatch and Clean & Jerk to everyone in the Overdrive community!

A few notables for this week:
-The box will be closed on Monday February 10 for Family Day, weekend hours remain the same
-All New Years Challenge contestants measurements, photos, post-WOD results MUST be done by the end of Monday!
-Thursday is another ‘skills’ day, so get ready to be engaged in improving another aspect of your fitness game!
