Overdrive New Years Challenge : 2 more days to go!

To make this a fun mid-week WOD, we will do it Team style! Get into the box a bit earlier before class so the coaches can put you into teams.

In teams of 2 or 3(depending on how many people are in your class), complete:
Team “Murph”
1 mile run
100 Pull-Ups(BC : Box Jumps)
200 Push-Ups(BC : KB Swings)
300 Squats(BC : Sit-Ups)
1 mile run
*Break up the work however you want with one athlete working at a time. However, the whole team must complete the mile runs all together.
