How is everyone doing? Make sure to stay focused and on track! WOD 3-5 times/week, weekly summary post on to the FB page, eat nutritionally sound. Drink water, NO sugar, more meat and veggies!

Crossfit Games Open 2014
Get registered for this year’s Open that starts February 27! We will be programming the same WODs for everyone to do so you can all participate and have fun. By being on the Overdrive team, your score can contribute to the overall box score in hopes of getting us to the Regionals! BC : Double KB Press 5 x 5

WOD : For time
75 Thrusters(135/95)
Each min, you must perform 5 burpees to start, then max thrusters for remaining minute.
*25 min time cap

BC : For time
80 KB Single Arm Thrusters(24/16)
Each min, you must do 5 burpees to start, then max thrusters for rest of minute
*25 min cap
