What a fun and energetic day at the box Monday! Having coached and spent a whole evening at the box, I have to say that it was an amazing atmosphere full of kick-ass people known as our community! In one section, we had athletes testing their OHS and Deadlifts. In another section, we had comp team athletes doing tempo ring dips, ring rows, then taking on the “Flight Simulator” DU challenge. And of course, for all those that came in to register for the New Years Challenge, the original “Overdrive Intro” WOD!
As Manny(Wigglez) observed as well : “Amazing energy at the box today, Coach…what a cool ass community we got!!”
