*New Years Challenge 2014 – For those that cannot make it on Monday, you can come in today from 11 am to 1 pm and get your measurements and WOD done.
Sunday Funday Rest Day! Your options for today are:
1. Make up a missed WOD from the week
2. Work on your skills/weaknesses
-Tell the coach what you are working on and obtain some tips as to how to improve your weakness
3. Mobilize and improve your ROM
-Again, ask your coach to show you some exercises to do that you are not sure of
4. Rest, recover, and come hang out!
