The Holidays are now in full swing and many of you have already indulged into the holiday calories! With each party that you attend, remember that it is probably equivalent to about 2-3 WODs to balance off all the sugars and fats being ingested! So, make sure to get into the box and stay fit and balanced throughout the holidays so that the New Year won’t be so hard to get back on track! (Yes, Overdrive will have a New Years Challenge for those that need to push that RESET button! )
