*No 7 am class on rest days. Open gym hours are 9-12 pm, then 4-8 pm.
1. In-box programming will start the first week of December! We will alternate months with CF HQ to give you all some more variety!
2. By mid-January, the box will feature a brand new wall-mounted pull-up rig which will double the amount of pull-up stations as well as offer muscle-up stations, bar muscle-up stations, and more squat stations! Can’t wait!!
Rest Day Options :
1. Make up a missed WOD from Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday
2. Work on your weaknesses/skills
3. Mobilize and improve your ROM
4. Rest and recover!
