Welcome back from the Long Weekend and hope everyone had a good rest and recovery! We will continue with crossfit.com programming but run a cycle behind to catch up a bit on all the fun that we missed out on. Keep in mind also, that starting December, Overdrive will be cycling one month on, and then one month off of in-house programming! What does this mean? It means that you will experience some more kick-ass WODs with a different variety and creative twists coming from the brain trust of your own coaches! Stay tuned!
