Today is rest day. Rest days are great opportunities for everyone to come in and fix/improve anything they need to work on. The more we practice movements, the more efficient we will become and the more fit we will get!

The box will be open from 11-12 pm, then 4-8 pm in an open gym format. Come in and choose one of the following options:

1. Make up a missed WOD from Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday
2. Skills practice : Pistols, Snatches(Yes, choose one of them and go for it!)
3. Mobility and work out any tight bits you have
4. Rest and recover
