Today is Rest Day. The box will have open gym hours from 11-12 noon, then 4-8 pm. Your options are the following:
1. Make up a missed WOD from Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday ONLY
2. Work on your skills and weaknesses
3. Mobilize and improve ROM
4. Rest and recover!
