Tuesday – Rest Day

(Kama Sutra with the 135 lb OHS!)

Today is Rest Day. Open gym will be from 9 am – 12 noon, then 4 pm to 8 pm. Come in and do one of the following:
1. Make up missed WOD
2. Work on one of your many weaknesses!! (Hmm, could there be an upcoming Overdrive In-box skills test/comp?? You never know…always work on your skills before going faster, heavier, and adding more intensity!!)
3. Mobilize and improve your flexibility issues
4. Rest and recover

Notes:
-The box will be closed this Sunday as all the coaches are up in Squamish at the Fall Challenge. Come and support your 3 Overdrive Teams!! (Nghia/Vik, Haley/G-Unit, Trim/Bieber)
-Overdrive Halloween Party is Saturday October 26!! Save the Date!!!
-October Nutrition Challenge sign-up is live on the whiteboard. Coach Vik to provide details by end of the week. Entry fee is $10/person
