Congratulations to all who completed the 30-day Pull-Up Challenge! No small feat by any means and most importantly has helped many of you improve your prowess on the bar. Also, this concludes our gymnastics month! A fun month indeed with lots of body weight movements, and a load of different movement techniques that you all can continue practicing. We will now move back into normal programming a la dot.com.
The fall season will start off with a bang as Overdrivers can embark on the following:
-Rocky Point PentathaWOD Sep.21-22 in Coquitlam(registration opens Sep.5)
-Squamish Fall Challenge(Sep.29 in Squamish), we have 3 registered teams for this one and can use a cheering squad!!
-Taranis Winter Challenge(Nov.1-3 weekend in Victoria), qualifying for those interested will start week of Sep.9
-Overdrive Comp Program(starts Sep.16), meeting was held on Saturday and all spots already sold out! More details to come…
-Overdrive Fall Nutrition Challenge(October)! We are long overdue for some healthy eating so stay tuned!!
