Pull-Up Challenge : Day 2(2 UB Strict Pull-Ups)
If you missed Day 1(most of you did unless you did your pull-up at home or at the park), you can make up the 1 pull-up first, before doing the 2 UB.

SWOD
CF : Find your 1RM Back Squat(15 min)
BC : Find your 1RM TGU
CWOD : “Tabata Something Else”
Tabata(8 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest) the following for MAX REPS:
1. Pull-ups
2. Push-ups
3. Sit-ups
4. Squats
*Score is your total combined reps for all 4 exercises. There is no rest between exercises.
