Today’s WOD is the 5 km run for time. All classes meet at the Minoru track clock(across from grandstand). Bring your running shoes and headsets for music.

**Today is also Day 1 of the Pull-Up Challenge. The details are as follows:

Days 1-15 are strict Pull-Ups. So, you perform 1 pull-up on day 1, 2 pull-ups on day 2, 3 pull-ups on day 3, etc… These pull-ups are to be done UNBROKEN. Once you accomplish the first 15 days, then…

Days 16-30 are Kipping Pull-Ups. So, you will do 16 UNBROKEN Kipping pull-ups on day 16, 17 UB kipping pull-ups on day 18, etc…
