*Reminder to all that rest days are run in an open gym format, where you come in on your own time during our box hours and work on the rest day options provided. There are no set class times but there is always a coach on duty to assist you with anything you need.

Rest Day Options :
1. Make up missed WOD from Saturday, Sunday, or Monday
2. Work on weaknesses
3. OlyWOD : Snatch complex
5 sets of 1 Snatch + 1 Hang Snatch
*Start at 65%, increase loads each set only with perfect tech
