**No 7 am class on rest days. Open gym from 9 am – 12 noon, 4 pm – 8 pm.
Rest Day Options:
1. Make up missed WOD
2. Work on weaknesses/skills
3. Mobility WOD
4. Rest and recover.
5. “Actively” rest and go out and enjoy the beautiful weather! Go for a bike ride, a run, get on the water, go play a sport, etc…
