Today is a scheduled rest day, however, we will continue our strength cycle which will be a mandatory component of the lesson plan.

2. Bench Press
*70,80,90% 5 RM, increase loads by 5 lbs

1. Make up missed WOD
2. Work on weaknesses/goats
3. Rest and recover!!
