Saturday Team WOD – 062913

Today’s weekly Team WOD will be epic as it will mark the first time that we have introduced bikes to a WOD! Please show up EARLY so coach Vik can format the WOD and make teams!
*Bring your bikes if you have, we need at least 5-6 bikes.

For time, in a team format, complete :
Bike 3000 meters
75 Kettlebell swings, 1.5 pood
Row 1000 meters
60 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
Run 800 meters
45 Pull-ups

ALSO, Ryan and Nghia are competing at the 2013 SeaFest Invitation in White Rock at Semiahmoo High School. Ryan lifts at around 11 am, Nghia goes around 4 pm. Let’s go and cheer them on!!
