Another successful day at the box Wednesday as all of your strength training and focus on core stability transferred over to very nice looking push-ups! We don’t often realize how our fitness levels are changing when we workout day in day out. The matter of fact is we are all getting fitter, faster, and stronger…just take a look at all your new PRs and how our leaderboards are changing. Hard work does pay off!

Skills Practice/Oly WOD :
1. Hang snatch (above knee) @ 75% 5 sets of 2
2. Hang clean (above knee) @ 75% 5 sets of 2
3. Heaving snatch balance 4 sets x 3
Rest 2 min between sets
