Another strong day at the box on Wednesday as many back squat PR’s were established along with some gymnastics prowess on the pull-up bars! Good job everyone!

New Summer AM class schedule(June 1 – August 31):
Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays – 7:00 am, 9:00 am, 11:00 am regular classes(no sign-up required)
Tuesday/Thursdays – remain the same(11 am class only)
*On rest days, there will be no 7:00 am class, but open gym from 9 am – 12 noon.
