We want to thank Parm and Sophia for putting on their Olympic Lifting clinic on Sunday afternoon and helping our students improve their technique. In fact, most of the attendees PR’d their lifts!
*No Yoga tonight as not enough people signed up, so box will be open until 8 pm.
Rest Day Open Gym Options:
1. Make up missed WOD from Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.
2. Work on your weaknesses(pick one, tell the coach, and make improvements on it!)
3. Mobility WOD(do the one posted from last rest day)
4. Rest, recover, assess your fitness goals!
