Welcome back everyone from Victoria Day Long Weekend! I hope you all had a good rest and enjoyed the weather. Ever had that feeling of hard work pays off, then after a few health slip-ups here and there, back to square one? Yes! Time for a quick reset and getting back on the fit and fabulous train! 🙂

A few things to keep in mind:
1. Olympic Lifting workshop with Parm and Sophia – Sunday May 26 from 1-4 pm (Spots are limited – $100 per person)
2. Yoga with Michelle – next session is on Monday May 27 at 7 pm(Sign-up will be on whiteboard and FB)
3. Student waiver forms – We are in the process of updating all information and require new waivers to be completed by everyone…make sure to fill one out this week before/after you WOD

Skills Practice : Inverted Burpees
SWOD : 20 rep Back Squat
Use 60% of 1RM, no re-racking or long pauses. 1 attempt only.

For time:
95/65 pound barbell Thrusters, 10
15 Bar-facing burpees
95/65 pound barbell Thrusters, 20
25 Bar-facing burpees
95/65 pound barbell Thrusters, 30
35 Bar-facing burpees
*For bar-facing burpees, you will use your thruster bar. Movement standard is two-foot take off facing the bar and two-foot landing with clap above head while in air. No lateral/side-to-side jumps.
