Shoulder Press 1-1-1-1-1
Push Press 3-3-3-3-3
Push Jerk 5-5-5-5-5
*Start all sets at 65-70%, then increasing to RM’s by the 4th and 5th sets
(only proceed to increase in loads if technique is good)
*Rest period should be approx 2-3 min between sets
