*Reminder for everyone to invite their friends and family for our big event this Saturday at 11 am! It will be epic as we introduce everyone to Crossfit and fund raise towards BC Children’s Hospital at the same time with the WOD for Kids! Remember to wear your jeans! Make sure to pick up your pins and buttons to sell to all your friends. We really look forward to meeting new faces and hopefully add to our amazing community. BBQ and social to follow. Hot Dogs of the non-paleo variety will be served but feel free to contribute any pot-luck dishes if you’d like. BYOB too!
