Here it is again!!! The dreaded 12.4 Open workout from last comes back in 2013:)

Crossfit Games Open Day Format
We will run heats the same as last week, with first come first serve policy. Once you arrive at the box, sign your name up for which heat you are going in. Heats will be run at :10, :30, and :50 past the hour. Unfortunately, as this workout involves the rings we will have to be running smaller heats then last week so please be prepared to spend a bit more time then you normally would as we try and get everyone through. Once again, we will need a community effort in terms of judging assistance. If you are not working out, then please help out as much as you can. Many thanks in advance!

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
150 Wall balls (20 lbs to 10′ target/14lbs to 9′ target)
90 Double-unders
30 Muscle-ups
