Open WOD 13.2 was announced yesterday featuring an epic all-out sprint battle between Annie Thorisdottir and Lindsey Valenzuela! On the 3,2,1…GO, they literally sprinted out of the gates and never let up! What amazing engines they have and very inspiring to watch their fitness levels thrive under pressure. Annie won the match-up with a score of 12 rounds plus 1 rep, so 361 total reps!
Crossfit Games Open Day Format
We will run heats the same as last week, with first come first serve policy. Once you arrive at the box, sign your name up for which heat you are going in. Heats will be run at :10, :30, and :50 past the hour. Once again, we will need a community effort in terms of judging assistance. If you are not working out, then please help out as much as you can. Many thanks in advance!
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
115/75 pound Shoulder to overhead, 5 reps
115/75 pound Deadlift, 10 reps
15 Box jumps, 24″/20″ box
*Masters Men 55+ are 95 lbs, 20″ box
