Welcome Overdrivers to the Crossfit Games Open 2013!! Open WOD 13.1 was announced yesterday at 5 pm featuring live streaming of Dan Bailey and Scott Panchik wodding off against each other. It was epic! Now, we all get a chance to experience what they and the rest of the world will go through too!

In order to get everyone through these Open WODs efficiently throughout the day, we will be running 3 heats of 5-6 per hour. We encourage everyone to arrive early to the box and start your warm-up. There will NOT be a lot of time between heats so be efficient!

Instructions for the day:
1. Arrive at the box, sign-up for which heat you will be in
2. If you are not wodding first, you are helping to judge.(3rd heat judges 1st heat, 1st heat judges 2nd heat, 2nd heat judges 3rd heat)
3. Encourage your fellow members, cheer them on, get loud!
4. HAVE FUN!!! THIS IS GOING TO BE AN EPIC 5 WEEKS AT THE BOX!!

OPEN WOD 13.1
In 17 min, complete AMRAP of:
40 Burpees(Two hand touch to 6″ target above your reach)
75/45 pound Snatch, 30 reps
30 Burpees
135/75 pound Snatch, 30 reps
20 Burpees
165/100 pound Snatch, 30 reps
10 burpees
210/120 pound Snatch, as many reps as possible
