Team WOD :
In teams of 4, complete the following…
Part A – “Balls to the Wall”
240 Wall Balls for time, with one athlete working at time, minimum 30 reps per set
Rest and recover.
Part B – 16 min AMRAP of
10 Push Jerk(135/95)
24 Alternating Pistols
30 Bar-Facing Burpees
(Split up the work however your team decides, one athlete working at a time)
