Great start to the week with a good met con and some snatch practice! We are working on the Paleo results and will have them done at the end of the week…stay tuned!

Rest Day options :
1. Make up ANY missed WOD from Saturday, Sunday, or Monday
2. Work on your goats(and we mean, spend good quality time mobilizing yourselves to allow for proper movement. Then attack those weaknesses with reckless abandon!)
3. Rest, recover, and mobilize.
