Saturday Team WOD – 111012
Our Overdrive Team WOD Saturdays have been a tradition since we opened our doors in 2009. It gives everyone an opportunity to participate on a team and complete fun challenging WODs that require teamwork, communication, and strategy. Lots of fun!
Team WOD :
Part A – Standing long jump for distance(2 attempts per team member)
Part B – GHD Sit-Up Med Ball toss for distance(3 attempts per team member)
Part C – Complete in teams of 3 for time:
120 Hang Power Snatch(75/55)
