SWOD : “Crossfit Total”
Back squat, 1 rep max
Shoulder Press, 1 rep max
Deadlift, 1 rep max
*Perform all three movements in order, max 3 attempts at 1RM. Score is total weight combined.
Cooldown : 800 m run, followed by mobility
