*Great effort everyone who came in yesterday to take on “Jared”! Not an easy WOD by any means, kudos to those who took on the whole thing!!
**Reminder to students that the box will be closed on Saturday as the coaches will be in the Nutts Cup at CF Van(1980 Clark Drive, Vancouver, BC). The event starts at 9 am. We will most likely be competing in the earlier heats so be there by 9 to cheer us on! The other WOD goes at 12 noon.
Overhead squat 1-1-1-1-1 reps
Front squat 1-1-1-1-1 reps
Back squat 1-1-1-1-1 reps
Try to increase the load on each of the fifteen sets.
