Welcome back after another nice summer weekend! For those of you who didn’t know, Coaches H and M participated in the 7th annual Rally Rai Memorial Football tournament over the weekend. Their team didn’t finish well, as they lost their starting QB to a broken finger! However, the tournament was a success and the caliber of football was exciting and as high a level that Rally would have loved.

A big thank you to all the Overdrive volunteers who donated their time to help out at the tournament : Martina, Grace, Tiffany, Alan, Craig, Denise. The tournament could not have been successful without you!

**The 6:30 am early bird classes will be put on hold for now as the demand has not been strong. We are currently doing another poll to restructure the morning class in order to accommodate the majority of you. Please feel free to email us and give us your feedback as to how we can service this hour better.

So, back to fitness as usual today! Seeing that very few of you came through the box on the weekend, we will be doing a combination of Saturday and Sunday WODs to start the week. For those of you who did, today will be used as a goat and mobility day.
