Congratulations to Rich Froning and Annie Thorisdottir for being the first athletes in Crossfit Games history to repeat as champions! As the sport of fitness evolves, the competition gets harder and the events more challenging. This is what makes their performances so much more impressive. As Rich Froning was asked after he won, what he did differently this year then last, he answered by saying that he just did Crossfit and that it is still the most elite type of fitness training in the world. Well said Rich, and noted!
