I have noticed a lack of attendance at the box lately for whatever reason, so don’t be surprised if you get a friendly reminder phone call to make sure you are hitting your WODs! Yes, programming can be very challenging and discouraging at times, however, keep in mind that for every WOD there are options to modify movements and scale down the weight load so that everyone can complete them. We must tell ourselves that in order to get better, we must continue to work on the things that we don’t like and eventually you will learn to like them or not hate them as much. So, stop cherry-picking WODs!! 😉
