Saturday Team WOD – 032412

Rise and shine! The weather has been beautiful the past few days and we are starting to see more faces back in the box! Something about the sunshine that brings people together, or is it just that time of the year again to start shaping up for summer?? If you answered yes, WRONG answer! LOL! Crossfitters are ‘in-season’ year round! No excuses! 🙂

Team WOD gets under way at 10 am, please arrive no later than 9:45 am so Coach M can organize the teams and format!

Games Open WOD 12.5
This is it Overdrivers, the final weekend and WOD of the 2012 Open! Come on down and cheer on your team and fellow Overdrivers as we try to qualify for the Regionals! Heats will be run at 11:00 am, 11:20 am, 11:40 am, and 12 noon. Please arrive early to secure your time slot for the WOD! First come, first WOD! Thank you very much to all the volunteer judges that have helped us out so much in the last 5 weeks!

This is a timed workout. If you complete the round of 21, go on to 24. If you complete 24, go on to 27, etc.
