**A few things to keep in mind this week –
1. The Paleo Challenge is officially starting today. Registration, pictures, and measurements MUST be submitted or done by 8 pm tonight or we will assume that you are no longer participating. Those who have to be re-tested due to low hydration levels please make sure to come in as well.
2. Our strength component(M,W,F) for this week is quite heavy and will take longer to get through. Please be on time for class and work together with other students who are similar in strength to you for more efficiency.
3. Keep the resolutions coming in!! Post to comments or hand in to coach’s office.
