I hope everyone had an amazing Christmas with lots of good food and get-togethers! I know I did! Too much of everything indeed has really put my body into some sort of coma-like affect that I want the New Year’s challenge to start now! Let’s ring in the last week of the year with a bang by trying to hit ALL the WODs!
