Tech : Movements in the complex

WOD : “The Bear Complex”
7 sets of the sequence:
– Power Clean
– Front Squat
– Push Press
– Back Squat
– Push Press
Complete 5 rounds in total. No time component. Rules are that bar CANNOT be dropped or regripped during sequence/cycle. Choose your load, start light! Goal is to increase weight used per round. A very tough WOD but worth every ounce of the mental toughness training developed along the way!
