Saturday Team WOD

Great week of WODs, Coach J! Don’t think anyone was quite expecting the aftermath of Monday’s silent killer! So, let`s end off the week with a bit of fun and test out everyone`s transferable and athletic skills! 🙂

Also, congrats to everyone who PR’d their back squats and bench presses Friday! We are all getting much stronger, healthier, and fitter! Keep up the great work!

Saturday Team WOD : In teams of 3-4, do the following
A. Team push-up plank hold
Score will be total team time combined
B. In 20 min time cap, complete:
Specified rowing distance(to be determined once teams are formed)
Then, with remaining time, AMRAP of
Med ball press over cage
Box Jumps from inverted floor position
Backwards skipping
Forward rolls
