Saturday Team WOD

Kudos to all those who came out Friday morning to take on the Hero WOD “Paul”! We made it a bit more fun by converting it to a team format. All in all, everyone worked hard and we had the AM crew meet some of the PM crew! Good times!

Saturday Team WOD :
In a gauntlet style fashion, complete the following –
Row 500 meters
20 inch Box jump, 30 reps
Wall Ball tosses, 30 reps
Sit-ups, 30 reps
Split Lunges, 30 reps
Alternating single-arm Russian swings, 30 reps
10 Wall Climbs
*Once 1st athlete is finished the row, 2nd athlete can start. No passing. When the last team member completes the wall climbs, the 1st athlete commences round 2 with wall climbs and whole team works their way back towards the row.
