Partner up and complete the following for time:
50 Deadlift(135/95)
50 Double Russian Swings(24/16)
50 Hand release Push-ups
50 Clean & Jerk(135/95)
50 Pull-ups
50 KB Taters(24/16)
50 Box Jumps(24″)
50 Wall Climbs
50 KTEs
50 Double Unders

*Each person has to do half the reps(25 each) and partition them however you want. If no partner, this can be completed solo with half the reps…have a kick-ass workout!
